The 7th Young Scientists Summit (YSS) in 2023 was a great success. The summit was organized by UNIGLOBE SS/College and Nepal Polymer Institute jointly in collaboration with TU faculty of Science, National Innovation Centre, NAST and other institutes attracted young scientists from all over Nepal. The participants displayed a variety of creative projects and also did poster displays. Many distinguished speakers from UNESCO, research, innovation and science institutes, UGC, ministry of science and technology Nepal, hospitals, engineering sector, many more showed active participation. The participants presented their scientific prototypes to add to the event’s specialty. The summit offered all the potential young scientists a platform to demonstrate the enormous zeal and skills of young people in the areas of science and technology.
The closing was chaired by Dr Khagendra P Ojha, chairman of UGSS, Prof Nanda B Singh, vice chancellor of Mid West University, Prof Rameswor Adhikari, the chairman of Nepal Polymer Organization, and hundreds and young scientists and audience attended the program that lent space for panel discussion and science and technology focused deliverances and keynote speeches from a number of professional scientists and researchers. In the end the program came to conclusion on second day with vote of thanks from Academic Director Dr Dev Raj Paneru.
